Proper ergonomics is one of the most important aspects of workplace design, and adhering to it prevents workplace injuries caused by incorrect or difficult handling of loads, including packaging. For this reason, it is essential to provide workers with solutions that make their tasks as easy as possible.

In collaboration with ergonomists, we have developed a completely new, patented device for handling packaging that enables more efficient logistics for the storage and transport of parts across all areas of manufacturing.

With this device, there is no need to move individual packages from pallet to pallet or to a designated space. This eliminates manual labor and ergonomic strain on employees, while also removing the need for valuable production line space to be used for empty packaging.

Another benefit of this solution is the ability to use lightweight and cost-effective packaging instead of the traditionally used specialized metal containers. The advantages include significantly lower investment in packaging and, in the case of part transport, a much lighter truckload, resulting in a reduction of CO2 emissions produced during transport.

The entire system is based on the use of a special adapter into which a complete pallet unit consisting of a pallet, boxes, and a lid is placed.

The mechanism in the adapter separates the lid and all the boxes. It also includes a sliding mechanism that allows individual boxes to be pulled out, making it easy to insert or remove parts from the packaging. Once the boxes are filled or emptied, they are stacked back together with the lid, and the pallet unit can be removed from the adapter.

The entire technical solution is protected by several patents and utility models.
